Here it is. Best Baseball version 3.3. I finally got the time to work on it and do some improving. It has more features, runs smoother and is rid of a few bugs. As always though, it is Beta (as all my work is) so expect some minor bugs. It shouldn't bomb but may do something incorrectly. The sound may not always work; for what reason I have yet to discover. At times the game may slow for a couple of seconds due to the memory being cleaned up.
New features/fixems include: One player can be on the mouse while the other on the keyboard. Keyboard equivalent commands can be seen below or to the right of the buttons. An example is IBB = 3. Also the the Return or Enter keys on the keyboard emulate the Pinch and Hit Away buttons. I now use a good random generator so you won't get doubles all the time like before. Stats can be viewed for the current game by selecting it from the menu. Sound can be turned on/off from the menu. While playing, click and hold the mouse down on fielders and base runners to get additional information about them. More options are now available for the offense and defense when it's their turn. Lineups can be created randomally (sp?). More information can be viewed on the screen then while playing before.
What can I do to make it better?
Music can be improved. Graphics (which I'm currently working on). More realism with things such as fights, rain delays, playing conditions in certain parks. Could add saving games, saving/updating stats for teams, etc. Give me ideas on what you would like to see.
Finally. Distribute the game as you wish but if you keep it please send monitary encouragement. Any "donation" over $14.99 will get a player and team editor program to create teams from a list of about 1000 players that played in the majors in 1988. You can also create your own players if you wish.

P.S. make sure Team.pool is in the same folder as Best Baseball or the program will bomb. Also Errors do not happen in this version.
